"My two sons and I have lived on the Eastern Shore our whole lives and it has always missed something that could bring the community together to connect new faces through freedom of expression. I have had a dream of opening a coffee shop for over 10 years that had this goal in mind of community growth and connection. The name Nich's was inspired by my two sons, Nick and Chase. The "NI" stands for Nick and the "CH" stands for Chase. I have always seen in them and their peers that people in this community have something special to share with the world without a place to do it. I want everyone to share in the joy and creative expression this shop has to offer."
